I’ll let this 3/28/22 report from Wisconsin’s alternative Up North News cover this issue. It’s a bit of hope. This poll’s results do not, of course, mean all those or even many of those Republican voters will sit out the election this fall much less fail to vote for their Putinista GOP candidates anyway. But it can’t hurt, especially if the Democratic campaigns push the issue hard. After all, if Democrats don’t, you can expect Republican campaigns to play the projection game some more and blame every one to their left from Biden on down for Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine.
